Trying to redeem voucher

Look in ready to install in my games and apps if its not there call xbox and explain the problem to them sorry i can't help more but keep trying to find a solution worst comes to worst take the receipt back to the store(if you got it from a store) and
ask them.

I think you should get a voucher with code. Then go to redeem code on your xbox and type in code that you found on voucher.
