Discus and support Trying to redeem my Gold Membership.. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I am having this same problem when I try to redeem my code.     Trying to redeem my Gold Membership..


    I am having this same problem when I try to redeem my code. We have tried it on the xbox 360 and computer and we get a message "Something went wrong. Try again. If this happens again, go to this site and they will investigate it" I have tried that and have
    not gotten a response from them and it has been 2 days and my son is really upset cuz he can't get on and be with his friends.

    i tried it many times for a 7 days (from the console and the website)

    when i try to goto support.xbox.com/error-code-lookup link it gives me page is not found
