    Everytime i try to redeem my Membership Code it show me this:

    My region is Romania..

    Trying to redeem my Gold Membership....

    Romania is not supported by Live. So if the code was made for another region and is region locked, it will not work.

    The code was bought from Region Spain..... I need to change my region to Spain to work?

    No, he meant that if you redeem a code in a region that is mismatching where you bought the code from, then it won't work.

    SAME thing happened to us. We didn't get two of the games that came with the XBox because of it. I don't expect to find any help but it's disappointing and kinda feel ripped off. lol Hope you get a new code or some help

    This MAY help... I don't think that gold membership applies to ALL profiles. How many do you have and do you remember which one you were under when you entered the code? I think that's what I did wrong. Trying to redeem my Gold Membership.... :D I gave up and bought a new one.

    i tried it many times for a 7 days (from the console and the website)

    when i try to goto support.xbox.com/error-code-lookup link it gives me page is not found
