Trying to redeem free 1 month trial of gold error.

Hello,

I have tried to redeem a free month of gold while renewing my subscription both from my xbox one and my PC and I keep receiving the same error.

The error I receive is the following.

"Sorry, that's as many as you can have

only a limited number of these are allowed on any one account.

PBR40441"

Any help would be appreciated, I have been dealing with this for about a month.

Are you trying to redeem a code?

Because it sounds to me as if you've gotten confused over the free 1 month Gold trial that is available three times when you create an account on the console.

You get one month per new account for a maximum of three on a console.

I am sorry you are having this issue, This happen to me as well after I redeemed my one month free i believe there is a certain number of times you can redeem those per so many months. If i am correct you can only redeem it after the trial has expired.
Anybody please correct me if i am wrong but i believe that is the issue with that do you have a current one month free account now?

 

At the moment, i don't have gold status.

A similar error - it is impossible to get a free month of gold.

How to fix it?

 

Do you currently have Xbox Live Gold to the account now or you still trying to activate the prepaid code

 

I do not current have an active subscription to gold which is why I have been trying to redeem this offer. I haven't had Xbox live gold since last year.

 

What is the error you are getting while you try to redeem the code? Anything specific

 

Hello I have the same problem. When i try to pay for xbox live gold it says "Sorry, that's as many as you can have

I'm sorry about that I was just asking there's any additional errors I believe you can only use a handful of those at a time how many of them have used so far

 

I have only used 1 since I have had my Xbox One. On my 360 I probably used 2 or 3 but that was years and years ago... like 2007/2008.
