    Hi,

    i am trying to redeem Rainbow Six Vegas & Vegas 2 codes received when purchased Rainbow Six Siege, but receive error

    Xbos-0x80153016 and note to try later, everytime i contact someone, chat disconnects and no solution can be found. Please find the solution how can i redeem my codes and play games i paid for... i have tried every solution offered by your consultants
    and i found online: rebooting xbox one with power draining; tried to redeem it online on my live account through PC, tried to change locale, tried to use proxy servers...

    I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

    Xbos-0x80169CF9

    Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

    That code suggests a region issue. Which country do you live in and which country is your gamertag set for?

    Hi, i live in Lithuania. I have set gamertag for UK, though have tried to change to Ireland, US. but still receive such problems. Though when i was downloading Gold weapon pack and kinect games - there were no problem.

    Well first of all your account region must reflect your actual region

    So changing it to another region won't work with region errors if you don't live in an xbox live region

    There is no solution and we don't recommend a vpn as it is a violation of the terms of use
