Trying to redeem code from 2016

I bought an xbox one s Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition Bundle in November. Due to a family emergency I wasn't able to set my unit up until now. Xbox support says that I might not be able to get GOW 1-3 and JD now because the promotion ended on 12/31. Is
there anyway I can download those games? It is the whole reason I bought that console- to have the whole library. The support told me to post on here. Please help

unable to use pomotion code

i am un able to redeem a code from a xbox live it was a promotional code for $90.00 dollars

i recive the messege on my xbox console on 03/31/2016 at 3:56 pm the messege states

that i can redeem the code before 11/04/2016 but when i tryed to redeem it i could not so

i called the support line and was told that the code has expiered something i was not made

aware of.

gears of war 1, 2, 3 , judgment redeem code error

The redeem code from the xbox live message does not work. (2016-11-16)

Please solve it.

The promotion was till the 31st of December. It required that you redeem the Gears of War 4 code (or purchase it from Xbox Store). If you have redeemed it in January then I am afraid you missed the promotion period.

Since they were purchased from a physical disc, the retailer would have to be the ones to exchange them. What error message/code do you receive when you try redeeming them?

If I try to redeem them on the webpage on my PC, then I got an error like this:

Something went wrong.
