Trying to redeem a pre-paid card

Hello

I have been trying to redeem a pre-paid COD : Ghosts code, and it doesn't work.

I've tried it on xbox.com, xbox 360, and on xbox ONE and each gives me different errors raging from "Something went wrong, please try again" to "invalid code"

I've raised it with xbox support and they are giving me the run around. The support guy today game me local support phone numbers that no longer worked, or no one picked up

I don't believe anyone with actually call/e-mail me now, but this is not good enough I want it sorted I've paid fort his game and I can't play it.

To all that is having this issue.

It may be worth while getting support to escalate it so the higher up team can investigate.

My code had expired, so I need the retailer to issue a new one.

Yes, exactly. The promotion was on the main page of the dashboard, said to receive 600 points, renew membership by buying it directly or redeeming a pre paid card. I redeemed a pre paid card after clicking on the promotional link.

Thanks for making your post, just to clarify is the issue occuring with a Pre-Paid Microsoft Currency/ Xbox Live Gold gift card? Or a pre-paid Visa debit card?
