Trying to redeem $5 for purchasing star wars

It is 5/31 10:45 where I am and I am trying to retrieve the 5 dollar voucher for purchasing star wars. It is saying I missed the deadline. I contacted support my reference number is #[mod removed]. I would like to just be able to redeem
the code.

accidentally deleted email with code for r2d2

i bought the star wars collection and got the code for an r2-d2 avatar.while trying to redeem it, i accidentally deleted that email and don't know where to go from here to get the code.

I had till 5/31 to retrieve it and not sure why it wont let me.

It can depend on what time you had to redeem it by. Usually promos work on either GMT or UTC time. I live in the Central time zone, so I'm 5 hours behind that time. So if a promo ends at 11:59pm but it's GMT or UTC, that means it ends around 6:59PM for me.
