trying to recover password

turned xbox on today and keeps asking for my password. been trying for hours to reset the password but as i have new number to whats linked to the account and new bank card i dont pass the automated verifie when i follow all steps with security code etc..
what can i do to solve this..

Hi guys i'm trying to recover my long lost email pass linked to my actual gamertag.. My actual account has a email that was linked for over 3 years without having to enter a password and now I don't remember it. Due to the recent update I have to enter my
password. So i tried everything to recover the password and it isn't working. I called my email provider and told them my situation and they told me that the e-mail account has been shredded.. So in theory i'm trying to recover a fake email's password.. My
gamertag is linked to a shredded account..? any help?

If you go through the account recovery process at account.live.com/acsr and fill out the questionnaire about the account when you choose that you dont have access to any of the security proofs and you receive an email from the account recovery team saying
you haven't provided them with enough information and you have access to a console that the profile was on previously you can contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us they then can do a password reset escalation to their escalation team.
on the form it will ask some questions about your account and the console that it has been on previously and if you answer enough of those questions correctly then they will send you an email with a link to reset your password.
