Trying to recover my gamertag

OK here's the summary.

I've been trying for two years to get back into my x-box live account because my ex thought it would be funny to change all my passwords and email addresses when he left. After a year, Microsoft support finally accepted that I am in fact me and let me back
into that account. I thought everything was fixed, they said they had me all synched up, I got logged in, and they stuck me with an old, OLD gamertag (this samuraidandy one). My very first one in fact. That has nothing on it. I've tried unsuccessfully
to explain that it's not the right gamertag, but they want my credit card number and all possible email addresses and passwords to yet again verify that I am who I say I am, but I never used a credit card with this account, just prepaid cards. Any credit
card used would have been my ex's, and there is no way of knowing what bs he put in as the new email and password.

Is there any possible way to get my correct gamertag back? It has all of my points and dlc, and I've used the account for years!

Ok, I found the problem, but it brings up a new problem now.

I have two accounts linked for live id's, one giving me the T Roy937 account, and the other giving me the one that is my current profile.

New problem though, the e-mail that I need to download my profile appears to have been shut down by the company sometime within the last year, so I can't verify the account, and therefore can't download the profile.

Is there any way to switch it to my current e-mail, or bypass the verification step to download the profile. As of right now I can't log into my account because it has been shut down.

In addition to the link Sipuli91 provided, I'd like to add that you'll need a data transfer kit if you want to transfer the saves and content from your old hard drive to the one in your new console:

Also I wasn't sure if this was the correct place to post this, and I know you guys can't fix this for me, I just need to know who I can talk to about this because the chat team keeps running me around in circles. I'm very frustrated over the entire thing,
and every time they tell me it's fixed and I just had to wait about thirty days and it'll be fixed, and then it's not and I have to start over.

I Can't Sign Into my first account anymore since the security update I've tryed countless times reseting it and it JUST WON'T WORK!
