    Trying to recover my account but the email used to make it isn't working


    The gamertag I am trying to recover is c4sm. When I try to log into it through micro soft it says the email doesn't exist for an account. I am trying to cancel my monthly subscription for it as I no longer have time to play and do not want to keep getting
    charged. I cannot even log into it on my xbox because it says the email for it doesn't exist and I know for a fact that this email is the one that I made for it. Please help

    Gmail & Xbox live problem.

    I'm trying to access my Xbox live account called "TheVikingGypsy"

    When I created it I used a Gmail email address.

    I have forgotten the password for the live account.

    I've been trying to recover it but everything I do on the Xbox isn't working.

    I came to the website to try and recover or reset the accounts password but I keep getting asked to log into Windows Live/MSN

    How can I recover or reset my password on an account that is using a Gmail address and not a Windows Live/MSN address.

    I deleted my Xbox account a while back when I sold my old white xbox because i bought the new one. I went to recover my account a few days ago, but the email I used to recover my account, wasn't the account I was actually trying to recover. So I have no

    Yes I'm facing the same problem right now. I can log in to my email thru my web browser, but when I try to use the xbox app or log in thru xboxlive.com it says my email isn't recognizable. I've been using the same email for 3 years now. & every time I
    try to recover my email I keep get re-routed. This happened to me about 4 years ago on my ervingsfinest account & I could nevee recover it again. I hope that's not the case here

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have question on recovering an account. Make sure to have your cousin check the email he used on the

    Account Recovery Form    . Also make sure to check the spam folder. If still nothing will have to try and use a different email on the form. Unfortunately, that is the only way to recover an account.

    If you don't have access to your account's email address, and don't have 2-step verification enabled, you can try recovering your Xbox account using this form: https://account.live.com/acsr

    If the form doesn't work, my best advice is to try recovering your email account.

So basically I have the same problem and I’m trying to recover my old account and the number in my old account is wrong so basically I pressed the button (I don’t have any of these) and I tried to answer all the questions, but my device is blocked and I cannot login into my old account, but the problem that my email with this old account is working but say there is no option that I can recover my password from the mail that I’m using it on my old account so yeah basically I want to recover my old account but I cannot because the number there I s wrong and I really need to recover my account and again my email which is the old account.
