Need Help Recovering a Xbox Live Account with a made-up email and password

Hello,

i made my first account 3 years ago in 2009 and i new nothing about e-mail and all this computer stuff.

im trying to recover it now but the thing is i cant because i made a made-up email and password when creating that xbox account,at the time i didnt know how important it was to have a email and password linked to your xbox account so i didnt know.

if anyone can help me solve this problem(recover password,recover username on live.com obviously wont be the solution because its a made-up email and password)

i will be grateful for any help to fixing this and getting my account back

so how would i recover my account if it was created years ago with my parents’ email? I am not sure which email they used and i doubt they want to go through the work of trying to sign into every email for me...

You would need to contact support. As long as you can verify that you are the owner of the account, they should be able to give you the email. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

i contacted support and he told me to ask for magid1991 security questions because i cant remember the email or password

 

We cannot help here. When you call phone support they will ask you some account specific questions (ie. last item purchased, etc). The only person who is supposed to know these answers is the account holder.

Sorry to say that if you do not know the answer to any of the questions we cannot help you.

XBOX have a prompt site if you lose your email or password. It's step by step :

I have not been through the process so am unsure if you forget both whether it will assist.
