Trying to recover dl content I purchased in 2011 from gamertag not in use

I didn't create 2 new accounts since the download because I wanted to. it seems whenever I go offline over a month the gamertag i was using isn't able to get on xboxlive anymore and I have to make a new one. I am so sick of being ripped off by microsoft
and microsoft claiming its to protect me. We all know microsoft protects only microsoft quit the shenanigans and give me back the dl content i paid $50 for you POS!

It seems as nobody downloads pics from forza 5,as I am having trouble getting the achievements for people downloading my content. It would be very cool if you guys could dl my pics and help me out.. my gamertag is , I will dl yours in return. anyone

Rise Of The Tomb Raider Season Pass DL Missing

I purchased the season pass and now the DL content is missing from my game.

 

To be honest I have my gamertag for a long time I dont know what are you doing to loose your stuff like that...I dont think MS is going to give you anything at all its up to you to remember your passwords if you forget they can try to help if you have an
alternate email but if you are being careless with that they will not give you a dime...

 

I remember my password. I just dont have access to my old email associated with the account cuz it was through comcast. They recycle it after so long of it not being used. And the whole reason I have a different account is because I COULDNT log in.
I made a new account out of frustration cuz I had purchased 6 mo xbox live from game stop. Bottom line its my debit card paying for the downloads not my gamertag. And nothing that identifies me has expired.

 

The email address is just like a login name. It doesn't have to be active to be able to login to the Microsoft account for your gamertag. If you visit account.microsoft.com and enter the email address and password for the account you will be able to login
and change the sign in information.

You will need to be able to signin to the purchasing account for the old content so you can download it to your console

It is not possible to transfer that content to a new account

 

i wish it were that easy. I've tried all that. It says someone else tried to login so it wants to verify an email that is no longer in existance. I honestly just didnt care about the dl content for like the last 5 years cuz I was playing BO II, III,
and advanced warfare. I even paid for one of the map packs twice, 2nd time with new account but it limited # of matches so much I deleted it. I figure its all or nothing to get max # matches. It doesn't matter. I'm just gonna quit gaming all together cuz
Im done gettin ripped off.

 

No one is ripping you off it is your resposibilty to look after your login information. You will have been told around the time your email was going to be locked out it was happening. You had time then to fix it. Now I don't think you have but you could
contact a support agent who maybe able to verify you own the account using other security proofs
