    Trying to recover an account 5-6 years old.


    This is a question for the xbox customer care advocacy team, I need you men/woman to PLEASE help me get back an account that i lost 5 years ago ss i do not remember the email address or the password that was with it at that time, i know i have some downloaded
    games or content on that account and now i feel like it is the time to get it back. Please respond soon to my issue. Thank you

    The gamertag to that old account was KilljoyP1314.

    I find myself questioning the ECOSYSTEM of xbox AGAIN.... I don't think you know what that word means. Dust on a 6 year old system you have spent countless monies on....... Yet can't revive?????? It does seem unreasonable IMO to expect what is not available....
