Trying to re-fund Halo Infinite credits a mistakenly bought.

I was just browsing the options in halo infinite and accidentally bought 20 dollars worth of credits, after noticing this I went to request a re-fund so I could get my money back. However it says i'm ineligible stating that I "Used my refunds for the year" even though I haven't refunded anything for this year? I would also like to state that i did not spend the credits so I could get a refund on them.

You can try to request a refund by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then copy the order number. Once you have it simply go to the refund webform link here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/forms/request-a-...

I just read it and it says that it is likely eligible if the currency wasn't used.

Consumables aren't refundable since you can use them multiple times

Try logging off and logging back in. Make sure that your credit card has sufficient funds to make your purchase.

Also, try removing the card and re-adding it if troubles continue.
