trying to purchase zen on neverwinter

ive been trying to buy zen but it says "i already own zen do i want to install. it shoudnt be saying that it should be taken me to the credit card screen. So when i hit install nothing happens.

Zen purchase history in Neverwinter?

The Game Neverwinter I buy Zen money. Where do I find my zen purchase history when I spend the Zen in the game? I remember having more then the game is showing me.

Please try to power cycle your console by holding the power button down for about 10 seconds and leaving it off for 30 seconds. Once done, power it back up and try again. If that doesn't resolve the issue, post back and we can give you further trouble
shooting steps to follow.

maybe it is a problem referring to the new xbox beta ui?

 

I'm having the same issue and can't get anything to work to fix it

 

tried that also tried taking liscense agreement out with xbox rep didnt work also mine is to previously purchased content but if try with one never purchased then works fine

Thanks for the support messages.

Please try to remove your account from your Xbox One that's experiencing these issues by following these steps:

Press the menu button on your controller (right next to the "X" button) or say "Xbox Go to settings" using your Kinect

Scroll to the right and under OTHER PEOPLE select "Remove Accounts"

Select the account that's experiencing these issues and select "Choose this person"

Select "Remove"

Then try to download your Xbox Profile again by following these steps.

Press the big Xbox button (the button that is lighted up on your controller) to go to the Home screen

Select "Sign in" at the top left corner of the screen

Select "Add new"

Enter your Microsoft account email address

Type in your password (NOTE: If you forgot your password, select the "I forgot my password" option)

Simply hit the "Next" button once you get to the "Your privacy is in your control" screen.

Follow the prompts and answer the security information to finish setting up your account.

Once you get your account re-associated with your Xbox profile, try to do whatever it was you were having trouble with.
