    I've been trying to purchase Far Cry 4 for Xbox One using the Smartglass app on my iPhone, or simply through the Xbox website as I'd like it to download to my Xbox while I'm not home. However, at purchase time, it prompts me to add a credit card, even though
    I have one on file. So I attempt to add my credit card, but I cannot select a Canadian province. I'm only limited to US states. I've looked around my account settings to see if there's something I need to change to make it recognize that I'm in Canada,
    but I haven't found anything.

    Are you trying to add friends through the Smartglass app or through the Games app on Windows Phone? If you can try the following steps and let us know the results! Trying to purchase games through Xbox One Smartglass app or Xbox.com isn't recognizing my ... :)

    • Xbox.com Friends (Search for a friend and then click 'Add friend' on their profile)
    • Xbox One console
    • Xbox 360 Smartglass app
    • Xbox One Smartglass app

    not able to purchase xbox 360 on the xbox one

    i am trying to purchase counterstrike go on the xbox one and i keep getting notified to purchase through xbox.com or a xbox 360. i logged in to Xbox.com to purchase it and now i can only buy stuff using a credit card or paypal not my account currency. i
    am not happy sbout not being notified about any change. i have always bought from the xbox.com store using xbox currency

    I'm having the same issue. I'm guessing they're aware and they just haven't implemented support for anything other than the US.

    Hey there SurviousFuture!

    Sorry to hear about the friend request issue! Have you and your friends tried adding each other on Xbox.com or through the Xbox SmartGlass app (Windows Phone, iOS, Android)?

    Visit the
    Friends     page on Xbox.com, search for your friend's Gamertag, and try to add him on that page. If that does not work, try adding them through the Xbox SmartGlass app if you can.
