    Hi, doing it via console, yes price is GBP, will try via xbox.com, not something I usually do.

    Where are you trying to purchase the content?
    Using your console / Microsoft store?
    If yes, did you tried to do that via Xbox.com instead to see if you're able to pay with balance + card?

    This can be a bit dumb, but just to confirm. The balance currency is GBP (£)?
    If you try to use the Xbox.com website double check that you're on the UK marketplace

    If maybe the issue persist, the other option could be purchase a gift card for the remaining amount (plus taxes) and redeem this code in your account.

    After that you should be able to pay the full price with your Microsoft balance
