Trying to purchase forze horizon 3 ultimate

Im trying to purchase the forza horizon 3 ultimate edition. when i click buy it goes to the next screen, sits there a second then loads and error saying "try that again something happened on our end. waiting a bit might help.

Have not recieved gift card code $10

I had purchased FORZE HORIZON 3 ULTIMATE EDITION on SEPT 23, 2016. I have not yet received that Microsoft gift card code.

Forza Horizon 3 crashes, saying "Fatal error" and "corrupted game"

I have tried every method to solve this problem but nothing works. I'm trying to play Forz Horizon 3 on windows 10 (pc) and I can't because of the error message. Please help

I too, get the same error. I also can't purchase it on a PC on the Microsoft website.

After some further Googling, I have found the follwing at

I got some issue when i try to click on paint designs on forz horizon 3 on windows 10 it says "This feature is blocked per your Xbox Live parental control settings" and i dont got an xbox one or 360, how do i change the settings? Im 18 and I have my own
account?? Please help this is annoying

forze horizon 2 and 3 and all respective dlc's have been delisted for a while, they were delisted as the licencing for the cars and music expired meaning they are no longer allowed to sell them. in a few years forza horizon 4 will most likely be delisted too.

this is the curse of racing games with strict licences tied to hundreds of manufacturers and music organisations.

If you still have the licence on your account IE purchased then you can carry on using the game, nobody else can purchase a copy though unless they get a hold of the disc. as the dlc is digital then that is is, gone forever.

many other game types can also be affected the same way.

So now it seems that the Ultimate Edition of Forza Horizon 3 that I purchased for US$100 is now only a Penultimate Edition.
