Trying to purchase Black Ops

When using Xbox.com I am trying to purchase Black Ops but I keep getting an error that says

"Sorry

Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again."
I would purchase from my Xbox One but it told me to use the 360 store or the Xbox.com store and this is what is happening.
Anyone have any ideas? Am I the only one this is happening to?

Can't purchase games

Hi,

Are you getting the white screen on your console or on Xbox.com? Can you try to purchase call of duty: Black ops 3 online here: Microsoft
Store (Black ops 3) In addition, do you get any sort of error codes that accumulate after a while when trying to purchase something?

There could be a couple of different reasons.

If you're on a child account, you would need to purchase directly from the 360 console because of parental controls.

If you don't have a credit card/Paypal on file, you would need to either add a payment method or make the purchase on a 360 console.

Or it could be a region issue. If your account region and your physical region don't match, it could cause some issues.

I am not on a child account. I have a child's account under me though. So that can't be it.

I have an updated (just added today) card on file. I purchased CoD Ghosts on Xbox One just yesterday with no issues. I did that through the Smart Glass app on my iPhone.

Region issue? Have there been any reported in the US? My buddy just bought the game no problem on Xbox.com so something must be up with my account.

Any other ideas?

I'm having the exact same problem. I contacted Microsoft and told me that she fowarded my problem to their engineers and they will send me an e-mail once they did it. They told be yesterday to check my e-mail last night but it is the next day after i contacted
them, still nothing. And i can't purchase it form my xbox one bec it says it is not available.
