Trying to prevent someone from using my gamer profile.

I got an xbox 360 recently with my boyfriend; however, my boyfriend recently moved out and took the xbox 360 with him. My gamer profile was downloaded onto that xbox and now I can't get to the xbox to delete my profile. I think someone else may be using
my gamer profile now. How can I prevent them from continuing to use my profile? What can I do via PC?

Profiles : preventing use of, and editing profile name

My daughter (9 years old) has an xBox One. She has a profile (and a Microsoft account) as do I. We are both able to edit both the gamer tag AND the name of our profile. My daughter recently allowed her two cousins to create profiles, however we cannot edit
their profile names - only the gamer tags associated with their profiles. Why is this?

Also, in order to prevent anyone using my profile in any games, should I just log out every time? Or is there a better way to protect my profile and prevent it from being used - perhaps a passkey - or only allowing it to sign me in if it detects my face??

Password block games on main profile

Can you not just change your sign in preferences on the console and prevent him from using your profile to play these games then as long as the age has been set up correctly in your younger brothers account it will hopefully prevent him from playing games
above his age rating

Go here and choose to "Require Profile Download" -
live.xbox.com/.../Protection

It will remove your account from all consoles until you redownload the account. They would need your login information in order to redownload your profile.

 

will that work if it had a profile password, but they figured it out?

 

If you're worried about that, you may want to change the password also.

 

how can i change the xbox profile pass code without being near the xbox? I used the number series, not the word.

 

The passcode is different from your profile's password. If you want to remove a pass code from a console you have to contact support.
