    was wanting to play with my wife we only have one xbox and i hate split screen and i'm wanting to play destiny and i dont want to play on a small android screen so i tried getting it on my tablet which you guys said it would be for i have a surface pro
    5 which i cant play games on normally doesnt have enough power so i was trying to do your guys new cloud gaming on it but all it wants me to do is install a game which i know it wont run anyway and theres the fact that i cant play destiny through your xbox
    app because its not allowed

    Only games that are on Game Pass can be played on the cloud. Elden Ring is not on Game Pass, so is not on the cloud.

    Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Cloud Gaming

    Game Pass is like Netflix for games. You can play any game in the library without purchasing the games individually. There is a Game Pass for console and a Game Pass for PC.

    Game Pass Ultimate includes both Game Pass for console and Game Pass for PC as well as a Gold subscription so you can play online multiplayer. Ultimate also gives you access to Cloud gaming and EA Play.

    Xbox Cloud gaming allows you to sign into a laptop, mobile device, and the console, and play games without having to download them.
    Oh, so another question, does that mean Game Pass has to buy or download games to the device to play? I mean, is the main difference just in the use of the device? I'm trying to figure out what exactly is the reason customers are taking Cloud Gaming further with Game Pass. Is Game Pass not enough to play or does cloud gaming have some more convenient features?



    Sorry, my question is very annoying, but I really wonder why.

    Oh. We had a confusion earlier. I thought that was a remote play. So you're referring to the Cloud gaming not the remote play, correct?

    If it's a cloud gaming, you have to use the Xbox Game Pass app. If you experience the issue on the app, try to simply reinstall it.

    You could try to access the cloud gaming using a Google Chrome browser or Microsoft Edge browser via xbox.com/play website.

    X BOX S 2nd controller paired but wont work as second controller for multiplayer. I've fully updated my controllers already still dose nothing but allow me to press big x.

    What exactly is your Android phone brand/model? Are you trying to play your games via remote play or cloud gaming?

    From which country are you currently located as well?

    Please note that for cloud gaming, it's required that you have an active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription on your account.

    For the basic troubleshooting, try to reinstall your Xbox Game Pass app and restart your Android device.
