    Trying to play game and the update freezes up at 1%. Please advise.


    Trying to play game. Try to install tools forever, went offline and downloaded pretty quickly. Went back online and the update freezes up at 1% and will stop. Is there a solution? Wasted several hours? I have rebooted etc.. thanks

    Problem playing. Please help.

    Bought Titanfall on Dec. 9th. Today is January 3rd. I have never been able to play the game because it freezes at the "Signing In..." Screen at startup. Please help/advise.

    NBA 2K18 not downloading

    I am trying to download the NBA 2K18. We just baught it.After two days of trying it keeps freezing at 1% completed. It prompts me to update and when I say update it freezes again. Is it the game, the console, or something else?

    Just got a system update today (10/1/2014) and it basically crashed my 360. HELP.

    Please try the steps on this troubleshooting link:

    You already tried a few of the advised steps, but I'm curious what happens when the hard drive is removed (which is explained in one of the steps)

    (Ignore the system update, if it pops up when the hard drive is removed)
