    Trying to play fifa and it tells me my profile doesn't have access to this feature??


    I haven't been able to play for two days and its driving me nuts, Fifa is my life, haha.....

    Ea Access- Fifa 17 trial

    I am having the same issue - however sometimes it lets me get into the game the tells me "Thank you for trying FIFA 17. The current active profile requires an active EA Access subscription and FIFA 17 Trial entitlement. Please purchase EA Access and start
    your FIFA 17 Trial."

    This is ridiculous

    Hey there Julenissen420,

    It's possible there is either an enforcement action on your account or a billing suspension on your account. If you check
    enforcement.xbox.com are you seeing any active enforcement actions that could be causing this problem?

    I'm trying to reach the enforcement team.

    Checked and my suspension was over with on the 3rd this month. Can you tell me why it says "your profile does not have the correct permissions to access this feature " when I try to play any game online?

    I have Xbox Live Gold but I can't play online

    I logged my account into my friends' xbox and I can play all the games online but on my xbox I'm still getting "Your profile doesn't have the permissions to access this feature" when i try to play.
