Trying to order replacement power supply - no options available

Hi,

Hoping someone can help or point me in the right direction. Originally purchased my Xbox One in New Zealand. I then moved to Canada and took it with me. As i needed a new power supply it ordered one through the xbox service centre (was really easy to do
and csme very quickly). 2 years later i moved to the UK and, like i did before, ordered a local power supply through the service centre on the xbox site.

I am now returning to NZ and so have gone to do the same again. However this time, after entering all my address information, it comes up with a message saying "no records found" when choosing the service type (previously this is where i would choose if
i want to pay for a new one or return a old one first for a discount on price). It then directs me to the Microsoft store but there is nothing on there and it directs me back to the service centre.

Can't seem to find a live chat or email address to contact so was hoping someone here might be able to help!

To order a replacement power supply from microsoft please go here
https://support.microsoft.com/devices and register your console via serial number and go to "start a service order" and then select your power supply. Since it's out of warranty you will have to pay for the replacement power supply. It should be around
$40 USD.

 

XBOX ONE Died. What to do?

wondering if you got advanced replacement just on the power supply or the whole console? I have a dead power supply and they told me advanced replacement was not an option just for the power supply.

Ridiculous. Microsoft XBox one OEM POWER SUPPLY REPLACEMENT is NOT supported by Microsoft.

Just talked to John - John is support person in Jamaica (I called toll free support phone#).

John said 'in normal situatin fulfillment center is a good place to get it, but it is not available in my dept. I can send you to the Xbox One department'.

He did.

The second Cust.svc rep said 'Xbox one is built in 2013 and is an old device. The new power supply cord is not available. Try used one, or get one at a games store. (I tried Target, WalMart, Amazon....nothing out there except noisy, poor functioning,
non-Microsoft power supply products.)

I asked how long it has been unavailable. The answer: one month. The forum comments show it has not been supported for a while.

BOTTOM LINE

This item is not supported. Only new Xbox one X or S is supported.

Looks like Microsoft customer service are simply given the message, and they regurgitate it to XBox One customers.

Ridiculous.
