Trying to move Xbox (One) profile to a different Microsoft account

I sorry for any problems this may be causing. Unfortunately, The Xbox One does not have the option to Move Xbox Profile to a new Microsoft Account. At this moment your required to add a Allie to your current Microsoft. This will allow you to login and manage
your Account with the new email. You can manage that here:
http://login.live.com/ Xbox support it not allowed to change and or move accounts over due to Security Reasons. If this option does not work and or have problems when add Allies to you current Microsoft Account that your profile is on. Please contact Xbox

to remove that gamer profile from that Microsoft account, you will need to move that gamer profile to a different Microsoft account, you can do this via the xbox console. You will first need to download that profile onto the console to be able to move it.
But after a profile is downloaded it will take 30 days before it can be moved to a different Microsoft account (this is a security measure)

After that you can move that account to a different Microsoft account to free up the Microsoft account you want to use for your gamer profile and then you can move your gamer profile to your Microsoft account.

This is a suggestion, I'm not sure it it will work, but one thing worth to try is to try and move Profile 2 to a different Microsoft Account :

support.xbox.com/.../switch-gamertag-to-different-microsoft-account

If that can be done, you can try to download profile 1 to your console. and switch the Microsoft Accounts for both profiles to be able to attach Profile 2 to Microsoft Account one, but that will take at least 30 days and you will need a third (temporary)

the only way to achieve that is to move that 'generated' Gamertag to a different Microsoft Account.

In steps:

1. download that 'generated' Gamertag to the xbox console

2. wait 30 days (A profile can only be moved to a different Microsoft account when it has been for 30 days on a console)

3. move the 'generated' Gamertag to a different Microsoft account

4. move your gamerprofile to the just freed up Microsoft Account

For clarification, are you trying to merge two existing Xbox Live profiles? Unfortunately there is not a way to merge two different profiles. However, if you would like to move your Xbox Live profile to a different Microsoft Account, you can do so on your
Xbox 360 console by following the steps on our
Move Your Gamertag support page.
