    I'm sorry but on the launcher itself, there is no option to check the Microsoft email address. You can try on your Laptop's browser though if it's signed in from there.

    It may mean that you're signed in under the wrong Microsoft account. Kindly check all Microsoft accounts that you own and try to log in to Minecraft to check.
