    Trying to log in to my Microsoft account on playstation Minecraft


    I'm trying to sign in to my Microsoft account on mine craft and getting "oops looks like this account is already signed in, please sign in with you previously connected microsoft account".

    I've checked online via minecraft website account to see which one was linked to the playstation and not either of the two microsoft accounts are linked, I've checked my psn account online for linked microsoft account and nothing, I've checked my ps5 settings for linked account and nothing, I contacted playstation support and they said they can not do anything and shut the chat down on me without really understanding what I was trying to explain. I asked for them to unlink anything to do with minecraft off my old ps4 just incase it was this as my ps4 is broken, apparently they can't unlink anything to do with microsoft.

    Minecraft support told me that they don't have any access to any accounts and to contact microsoft themselves.

    Microsoft said they don't have access to playstation accounts so it's a playstation matter and they cannot unlink anything off the playstation. So no one can see or do anything to help me with this problem. I have even tried making a new microsoft account but of course it's not going to link if one apparently is already linked, I have tried deleting minecraft game cashe and again looking at all linked accounts on everything but nowhere states there is anything linked other than when I tried and log in to my Microsoft account on minecraft. I'm at a lost and don't know what to do. Any help or advice would really help as I don't get why it's so hard just to log in and play minecraft online via playstation.

    Same thing is happening to me on my ps4. It says my account is already connected to another account but I received an email saying that the Microsoft account was logged into PlayStation but on my ps minecraft shows that I’m not logged in. I’ve already contacted PlayStation and Minecraft and they both told me the same thing but nothings changed. I’m in desperate need of help

    From your description, I understand that you are told that you are already logged in to another account when trying to log in to Minecraft on PS4. I understand your confusion about this problem.

    This may be a service problem of ps4. You can try the following methods to solve your problem:

    Even if you can unlink the account, Sony will not allow you to link another Microsoft account afterwards:

    Note: After linking a Microsoft account to a PlayStation® account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation™ Network account can be linked to other accounts. Even if you unlink, the Microsoft and PlayStation® accounts can only be relinked to the original accounts. Again, this is a Sony restriction. It is not a limitation imposed by Microsoft/Minecraft.

    PS4 Microsoft account failed login.

    I had to go onto my Microsoft account, link it to an Xbox account and create a Xbox gamertag. Then I restarted Minecraft on my Playstation and it let me log in!

    I didn't even know you could log into your Microsoft account on a playstation. Is it the same version of minecraft that you played last time you had logged the ps4 in with your minecraft account?
