trying to load up games

Hello! I would try restarting your Xbox:

1. Hold down your console's power button for (10 seconds) or when the Xbox shuts off.

2. Wait a moment and then turn it back on either using the console power button or your controller

3. If that does not resolve the problem (repeat step 1) but this time unplug the power supply cord on the back of the Xbox console and wait 10 seconds.

try to clear the console cache by disconnecting the power cord about a minute. another option is to delete the system file of the last game you played

This might be a software issue. I would suggest you first to factory reset your console:

Press the Xbox button > Settings > System > Console info > Reset this xbox > Reset and keep my games and apps. The "Reset and keep my games and apps" option will not make you lose your games, but you will need to sign in to your account again.

Try turning of your xbox then turning it back on and putting in the game disc or loading up the game before signing in to your xbox acc and then sign in when the games loaded up this worked for me
