    Cannot sign in to xbox live

    Question guys, had an xbox 360 die about a year ago. just bought a new one and I am trying to upload my old profile to the new system. Any ideas on how to do that?

    Hello Everyone! My first time posting, but i could really use some help. Switching from 360 to Xbox 1 , I had issues with my Live account where the Email address associated with my account had their servers shut down and I was no long able to receive any
    emails sent to that address. So after trying to load my profile on my new Xbox 1, it prompted me to give a code sent to my old email which I have no way of opening because of the server been abruptly shut down (InsightBB)... So after contacting the security
    team to change my email address to my new one I was told I had to wait 30 days before they could change my email so I could load my profile with my active Live Gold account to my xbox one. Customer support told me to just create a dummy account and use the
    30 day free trail to play in the mean time... only problem was before I knew of the email issue I had accidentally created a new Microsoft live account using my current email that I was trying to have the security team replace the old one with. So after waiting
    the 30 days and being contacted that they fixed the issue, the new dummy account is still the only profile that shows up on my xbox 1. I tried to delete the account and replace it with my old one but the Microsoft account is linked to that new profile under
    my new email and my old account again will not show the proper email address that the security team just replaced. I have already was a month worth of gold and have 3 months left on my old account , Is it possible to merge my old and new profile where i can
    keep my game data and files i have accumulated over the last month and why has the info the security team changed not gone into effect on my old profile... I just want get my account fixed, please help!?!

    Yeah I went to try and load the old Sky as I had that in the pins section but it wouldn't work. Seen in the apps this new one, that's the only way I noticed lol.

    Yes I do, I beat the whole game and was trying to complete the collection stuff, when I try to get on the next day, it wouldn't load it up, It shows my progress but then says I've got 0:00:00 game time, it let me start a new one, but can't load the old one I worked hard on

    Game pass game starts up but nothing comes up on screen.

    the game loads but on my old monitor i can't switch it to my new one like you can on steam. i tried unplugging it to see if it would switch since it wouldn't detect the monitor but it keeps loading the game on the old monitor position.

    Im having an issue with a transfer from a GTA account, but its from a XBOX problem.

    I had an old xbox one, and my gta from compatible for that console, 2 days ago i buy the new console XBOX SERIES X, but when i tried to transfer the account from the XBOX ONE to the new SERIES X, it show me that it doesnt let me do it. So i was thinking maybe is because open in the old console, but it was already deleted it all the information from the previous one, and for the new one i had both games, the old one and the new one. Can i maybe know what i have to do, thats kinda frustating.
    What is the exact error message you are getting when you try to do the transfer?

    Xbox Live Forced Name Change

    Well mine changed for an unknown reason. I have had my xbox for a couple of months. I bought halo 5 fallout 4 and a few other games. One day, all of a sudden i couldnt play any of my games. It kept saying "couldnt load latest saved data". No one had an answer,
    so I factory reset my xbox one and now when i tried to sign in with my email i think i put the wrong password and i think it just made a new account with my old accounts email because now i am trying every email i could possibly have used for my live account
    but the only one i ever used is now signing in to this brand new account with none of my games on it :'(
