trying to link epic games to xbox

I am trying to link epic games to the xbox one. When I do, it says I already have an account linked which I am unsure what it is. How can I see what account is linked to it and how can I fix it.

Xbox account already linked to an epic account

So I’ve been trying to link my epic Games account to my Xbox account but it shows that My Xbox account has already been linked to another epic games account. Is there anyway to see which epic account my xbox account is linked to?

Account Linking issues with Xbox and Epic

We are trying to link my sons Epic Account to his Xbox Live Account, because when created we never linked. Now when trying to update on epic site the "Connected Account" screen advises:

"Your Xbox Live account has already been associated with another Epic Games account."

I cannot figure out what the other account linked is nor how to unlink and link his current account.

Please help

How can do I confirm what the other epic account is to unlink his Xbox Live account.

For the account linking issue try going to epic. Games then go to accounts and link you epic account to your xbox.

Hope you are doing well to!

However, I've used multiple computers (including a school chromebook), on Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox. I also have used my phone with Safari.
