    sents 12,20,2016 i got a group message i do not know the people on there and I cant send messages. and i cant delte the group message, now i got onther group message. i have know cloue who they are cant delete that message ether. what do i need to do?

    But when i go on my 360 i can send messages. my Xbox one cant. same account?

    i cant join parties send messages unles someone sends me one and when they do i cant hear them. xbox is not down but there are problems

    I can open a party but my mic wont work and nobody can join it.

    as others have said..... join groups on here, facebook groups and share your gamertag, streams on mixer and or twitch, when playing online games with others try things like sending gg messages to fellow players....

    If you have a communications ban it would be listed on enforcement.xbox.com. You can file a case review if eligible from there. The enforcement team does not use the forums.
