    Hello! I recently was trying to get crossplay games to play with my friends. I was planning to get World War Z and Overcooked 2 but when the bar reaches 100%, it shows error code 0x80070005. I try and to resume the process multiple times and it still shows the error code. I restart my pc, update windows to the latest version, uninstall and reinstall the game, and nothing worked. I looked if others are having this issue as well and tried to see if they fixed this error code from popping up. I tried to look on youtube and google and found how to solve this. I tried most of the methods youtube and google were suggesting and nothing worked. I am now hoping that if someone can help me fix this issue so I can have a great time with my friends.

    So, I must remove all my apps and settings for the error code to be gone? Will it also remove my data on my games as well?

    I had the 0x800 issue around a year ago, but in my case it was with all my games. I could tell you all the 10 steps I followed to solve it, unfortunately what helped me to solved this was to restart my PC as it comes here:

    In the part of Windows 10 click on "Reset this PC" these instructions will help you to solve the problem, you can even leave your important files!

    Hello Christopher! I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Xbox app and it still showed the error code message.
