I don't understand what is going on with my xbox one... it worked fine until November and then it started having issues with connecting to the internet. I have checked the connections and checked every forum possible without any solutions

Someone suggested offline updating but then I read that people have done that with no avail...

The only thing I haven't tried is a system restore or buy a new xbox.
