To resolve this issue, you will need to contact Xbox Support. They will be able to assist you in updating the device ID on your license so that it matches the device ID on your new device.

I see, are you getting an error when trying to install the game from the Microsoft Store?

I have installed it from minecraft store, xbox store and microsoft store but still I get same error code

Ys in the Xbox app it is in my library in the Microsoft store is shows installed but I try to open the game from ALL APPS menu and nothing I get an error. I did the Microsoft help thing to uninstall and now even link in the start menu is gone but the store
still said installed and Xbox app

Same issue here, I have tried every possible troubleshooting method but still keep getting that error. However, I have no issue installing other games from Microsoft Store / Xbox App
