Trying to install fifa 21

Thank you for reaching Microsoft Xbox Forum support. when you purchase the digital version of a game with your personal account you don't have to purchase it again if you are on any other console because the license belongs to the Microsoft account. As soon
as you log in with your account you should be able to install any owned game to the console you are gaming on. Keep in mind that your achievements and progress is saved as well, so you should be good. I wish you a lovely day and I hope this answers your question!

I installed FIFA 21 and same thing happened. Xbox shut down at FIFA 21’s loading screen.

I don't know why it's not working, but there is a possible fix to get the game installed. The method is to use the Network tool to transfer a copy the game from his brother's console his own.

This guide explains
how.

It does not matter if the game on the other console was installed via disc or a digital download. As long as your redeemed code was valid, the game should work after the transfer is completed.

If you have a copy of the game on disc

If the other copy of the game was obtained via disc and the console you want to install it to has a optical drive
(i.e. not an Xbox S all digital), you can install the game with this disc on this console too. As I said before, as long as the code you redeemed was a valid UK code, the game will work and you won't need to keep the disc in the drive on this
machine.

Yes, I have tried everything. I uninstalled previoulsy downloaded Fifa 21 and installed it again from the store (after purchasing another fifa 21) with my son's account. But it is not still working. This is very stressful after all this time and money spent.
