    Hello my name is Ryder I own an Xbox series X but the 2018 I believe I was going to install the new game lords of fallen but when I went to install it, it said not compatible on this device even though I checked all of my updates all of my status and I was using the Xbox series X so I would love if you guys could either refund the game or fix the issue or just let me know how to fix it because I just constantly just buying a new Xbox and I don’t know why the problem with buying your guises games is being the problem. Thank you

    Oh, thank you for letting me know, and as I have checked eFootball 2023 is compatible with Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC which means that you should be able to play and install the game still on an Xbox One.

    Yes, please. Perform the steps provided, you're only able to install an Xbox One version of games and not the Xbox Series X|S.

    Are you trying to install on the Xbox 360, Xbox One or Series X|S?

    I. Have madden 24 on my Xbox one S and it says that I’m not able to get the X|S version of madden 24. And I preordered the game July 18th

    The Series S/X version will not work on a One. It'll only work on a Series S or X.
