    I've tried to do both update now and update later, but still same result. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall.

    Trying to install a new game I bought, and it automatically says "installation stopped" when I try installing it.

    It turns out all I had to do was delete some games that were in progress of installing, but not fully completed. The game immediately began installing when I did it.
