    Trying to have my Xbox One serviced


    I've been trying to have my Xbox One serviced ever since it read that I need to send it for repairs. It will only rarely connect to my wireless internet and tells me there is a cable connected, but there is only an HMDI cable and the power cable connected. I
    just want my Xbox to work and this website seems designed to make repairs as hard as possible. I have spent hours on this site and have been redirected multiple times sending me back to pages I've been on before. Seriously doubting ever buying a Microsoft
    product again. Please just fix my Xbox like you agreed to in the warranty.

    Do someone want to buy a xbox one? I will give it away and stay by PS4.

    They HAVE service and support...but one moment...i never had such problems on ps4...

    This was my last try with microsoft xbox...never again

    i just ran the xbox network conection test on my xbox. match making is having a service alert.X-box says it is primary to the xbox one but may not be the case as I do not have the xbox one. what games are you trying to play?

    Ever since the Xbox One servers have gone up I've had trouble with messages and other service problems on my Xbox 360. Yeah the One is great, but Microsoft, don't forget about the 360, in which I don't spend $60+ a year on service that requires me to try
    10+ tries to send a message. This is absolutely ridiculous.
