Trying to give a hard reset and xbox turn off

My Xbox just does not turn more after the last update. He calls, gives signal on and off. I formatted to factory defaults and even worked, but then stopped working, and again on and off. I contacted microsoft and indicated me to make a offiline update. I've done, and it did not work. I tried twice with two different files and failed. I tried to do the factory reset to clear everything up to the games, and when I click on the option, my xbox turn off.

Severely slow menu selection

Try a hard reset.

Hold the power button down until the Xbox One completely shuts off. Then turn it back on.

RB button help

Are you sure you aren’t hitting the guide button or something when going for rb? If you aren’t:

Try a different controller if possible. If not try your controller on a different Xbox.

Hard reset your console. Turn it off by holding down the power button or unplugging it. You should get the green Xbox screen when you turn it back on.

Uninstall and reinstall the game.

Reset the Xbox. You can do hard and soft resets. Try a soft first.

Contact Xbox support. They’re usually really helpful.

if on Xbox try resetting the Xbox if that does not help a hard reset might do the trick to do a hard reset hold power button till Xbox turns off then turn it back on. if not try uninstalling and reinstalling
