    Trying to get Xbox Live on Xbox one


    Ok so at first my Xbox Live went out, so like anyone I tried buying more on the cards I added at Christmas and they had enough money on them but for some reason I just kept getting the same message. So I gave up and just went and bought a Xbox Live code
    from the store. Once I tried to type it in the Xbox, the 3month thing came up which is what I had so I clicked confirm, then it said something went wrong and gave me the error code "0x80169D3A" I tried submitting the code on the Xbox directly and tried it
    on the website, but still gave me this error Could really use some please.

    Set up new Xbox one and entered new Xbox live info. When trying to play online I get an error screen saying this profile is not allowed to play on Xbox live.

    Error 80169d3a occurs when using Xbox Live on your Xbox 360

    You see the following error code and message when you try to use Xbox Live on your Xbox 360 console:

    This may mean one of the following:

    • The Xbox Live service is temporarily unavailable.
    • Your Xbox Live Gold subscription or Groove Music Pass has an outstanding balance, and new purchases are being declined.
    • Your PayPal account country/region doesn't match your Xbox Live account country/region.
    • Your account has incorrect or incomplete billing information.
    So basically what you need to do is make sure the billing info you have on your account is up to date and accurate. Log into
    account.microsoft.com
    and update your payment info.

    Those would be connected to whatever account you added them to. If you added them to the account you created online, then once you download it on the console you will access them through that account. If you added them to an account you already had on the
    console, then you would need to use that account.

    Since you created the account on the website, you would need to download it to the console in order to use it -

    support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

    That will be a different account than ones you may have already created on the console.
