Trying to get this code for a free game offered on x box,max:the curse of the brotherhood

I am trying to find out how to get a message to the ambassadors about an offer for a game called Max:the curse of the brotherhood I have an offer on my x box saying they would have a code for it in my messages but there is no code can anyone point
me in me the right direction please and thank you

Xbox Live Gold Free Games: How do I get the codes?

Hi,

I saw a promotion for Xbox Live 12 Month subscription on by xbox dashboard, where 2 games ( Zoo Tycoon and Max Curse of the Brotherhood ) were offered for free on renewal of Live. But having activated the subscription, I am yet to receive the codes to get
my free games. I thought this would be an instant process; I have checked my registered email but no codes. Any idea when I would get the codes?

Free Games With Gold - NOT FREE

I just looked and could not find MAX: The Curse of Brotherhood free on the website. The only thing that I saw that was free was a game add on. It is D4: Dark Dreams Don't Die - Max: The Curse of Brotherhood

Ambassadors are not employees of Microsoft so we would not have any way of getting you the code. You've already posted the promotions forum which is the correct place to post.

If you read your message on the One, it should give you a button to redeem the code in the message, so you wouldn't need to read the code. You may also want to try viewing your messages through the website to see if it shows there.

I only havea360,and I already called and spoke with Xbox live support and they saidi should post on here and someone could probably help me, they could not providea code but said the ambassadors may be able to thank you

That is typical of support. They will direct users here for issues that they are unfamiliar with or unable to address. As mentioned, no one in these forums will be able to provide you with anything other than what you have already been given. Good Luck!

Oh well thanks anyway, it's still a free promotion on the main screen when I turn on my x box so I don't understand went I have no messages with the code, my son wants to play the game so that's why I was looking for help

It was shown as free in the UK.

However, as the game was one of the first listed with the GwG program this could have been an error.

Nomad2001, this was a problem and not an intentional offer.

The problem was highlighted on Eurogamer
www.eurogamer.net/.../2015-12-16-max-the-curse-of-brotherhood-free-for-xbox-live-gold-subscribers , it was accidentally set to be free for a brief moment yesterday before being put back at its normal price.

Definitely not part of Games With Gold promotions.
