Was wanting to go on store but error code 0x8013153B comes up can you please help as cant find nothing on this on Internet which helps

Xbox Store Error Code 0x87DD000D

Getting the Error Code 0x87DD000D Message when trying to access the Store itself on my Xbox One.

Error-code look-up says this error message is for opening licensed content. But this is not a Game or App I purchased, it is the Store App itself?

Hey there -

Sorry to hear about the issue. Have you tried holding down the power button for 10 seconds and rebooting your Xbox One console to see if you're able to access the store then? You can also try resetting your home network.

Yes, but when using the error code look up tool nothing comes up for the error code I'm getting, 0x800700b7.

I move to another channel and get a black screen and then around 10 seconds later it comes up error please try again later. No official error code is displayed.
