Trying to get my lost xboxone account back

Hi ! Last 2 years i played on a friend xboxone with my account named Chibrours, I didn't play since 1 year and i want to enter this acount on a new xboxone because i'm not with the same person. The problem is that i don't even know what mail i was using,
the only things i know is my account name who is "Chibrours" can you help me to get the mail associate to this account ? or can you let me change the information and get it back ?

im trying to get my old account back no ban or nothing but the email dosent work anymore and i don't know the password but i have the email address and the phone linked to the account why cant they just send my password on the phone linked to that
account

Passwords are not stored by Microsoft and are known only by yourself. If you cannot remember the password for the account then try logging into xbox.com with it and select the Forgot Password option

Xbox support, under no circumstance, will simply give out an email address. They will direct you to this help page to guide you to find the email:

Once you have the email you can reset the password on this page:
https://account.live.com/password/reset

If you can't find the email with that first link they you may have lost access to the account forever.
