Trying to get items back on game for my son after his account was hacked.

Yes, sorry i used wrong terminology. The person sent my son who is ten a link which had bit.ly which i know is a link to steal his credentials. He was being told he won things. How do we get the items back? We have all the information including the messages
and proof. I am dealing with the gaming company now. We shall see what happens. Thanks for your reply.

usually this is not down to hacking as that would be a lot of work, they have either guessed the password or unfortunately the most common of these is he shared his credentials with another player.

In regards to his things, they should be saved to the cloud and purchase history of his account.
