Trying to get into my old account but I don't know the email or password?

Hello, I know this is probably not going to be possible but I've been trying to use my really old xbox live profile recently because it has an arcade game on it that I bought long ago. I had switched consoles and also moved profiles to the new one, but for
some reason it told me to put in my email and password again. The issue is that it's a very old account and I no longer remember the email address that was assigned to it. I was just using it with auto sign-in for years and over that time I completely forgot
what the info was. I was hoping there would be some way I can prove it belongs to me so that I can get access again? Thanks for reading and I hope I can be helped.

How do i find a lost email for an old Xbox account?

Currently I am trying to find my brothers old Xbox account but don't know the email but know the username. Is there anyway i can sign in without an email or will i be forced to forget this account?

im trying to get my old account back no ban or nothing but the email dosent work anymore and i don't know the password but i have the email address and the phone linked to the account why cant they just send my password on the phone linked to that
account

You would need to contact support. As long as you can verify you are the owner of the account, they can get you the email and you would need to reset the password. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

I set up my account years ago with an email that is no longer valid. I've changed all my account settings and removed the old email, but when I try to sign in to the store, it asks for the password to the old (supposedly removed!) email. When I enter the
password, it says it doesn't recognize the email (probably because it's been...you know...DELETED!)

I've gone through the steps of entering my current email and getting the code via text to reset my password. And I'm actually signed in to the store with the new email, but when I try to download a game, the sign-in box pops up with, you guessed it, the
old DELETED email. There's no way to change it.

Should I delete the Store app and reload it? I'm not sure how to do that, so step-by-step instructions would be great. Thanks!

I used a old email and I forgot the password so I can't get back in it and I really need that account I can't change the password bc i don't have that email its old and so is the phone number

this just started to happen for me I had to go to add new and enter current email address and password and it made the account but I don't know how to get rid of the old one, but it keeps referring my account back to the old email address in which I removed

ya I know the password to my old email account that is what my actual xbox live account is set up too. but know I have to make a new email in order to take out my old email and that to me is stupid. I just want one email with every thing west up to it. don't
wanna have to jump between email just for this and all my other stuff like banking and cell and stuff is set to one email witch I wanted my xbox live to be to. I don't get why I cant close my account with out having to close my whole email. to me that is
stupid!!
