trying to get help with rewards

Discus and support trying to get help with rewards in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I turned in my rewards on 12/27/16 & they still have not shown up.     I turned in my rewards on 12/27/16 & they still have not shown up. Xbox support says it is out of their hands now & that i have to post here for help. Plus I have 2 accts for my email and no one can tell me why or help. Can someone please sort out this
    stuff. Thank you!!!!

    I can't get my rewards deposited even though my billing information is right

    So I've been trying to get my rewards deposited but I can't. The rewards website says that I need to update my billing information. When I check it my info is all correct. Help?
