Trying to get help with my xbox warranty

I have now twice submitted an xbox warranty support repair for my xbox 360. Each time I get an email telling me to expect an email from *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** and to please check my junk email, but alas this email doesn't arrive, in any folder. The biggest issue is
that no-where can I find how to contact Microsoft and actually get this fix except for this forum....no phone numbers ? email addresses ?. Could I please have someone contact me ASAP, I just want to get my xbox fixed.

i've moved my xbox to an even cooler area and it still freezes im trying to get on the xbox service center and every time i either try to check my warranty or request service it says an error has occured its like they are trying not to help me

 

Device Service and Repair Not Working

I'm trying to get my Xbox Elite Controller repaired (it's still under warranty covered by my Xbox Elite Console)

I Put in the PID Number, then I put in my Address, but the "Choose a Service Type" page just keeps trying to load with the spinning circle and nothing comes up.

Don't have much time left on my Warranty so I would really like to get this sorted ASAP...
