Trying to get game refunded or to work

Its all good but if its a known issue and i request a refund based off that i should get my money back. I bought it with the intention of playing it now not 2 months when its fixed. I just feel like that makes sense and is fair but i guess fairness isnt
what xbox is about. Its all good i dont need to waste the money i spend on xbox. Im sure steam will value it seeing as how i can actually get a fair refund from them

I feel your pain and frustation. Unfortunately, Microsoft do not issue refunds for DLC's or in game adds on. So I assume that why your refund got declined for the purchase of the season pass.

Hopefully Ubisoft get this issue resolved soon. And you can keep yourself updated about this issue by following @XboxSupport on Twitter. They do post daily updates regarding this matter to keep gamers in the loop.

That sounds like a good idea. But im also just gonna stop being a customer of xbox seeing as how they didnt tell me anything it took two days of calling and finally asking on theforums

I tried the refund option but even though i said that cant play the game they still denied the refund so im just wondering if there is a way to make an xbox store bought game download without freezing? Even after clearing the memory and factory reset.

this is an internal problem of the game itself, and is occurring with several other users. Support can not help, because it is proproa Ubisoft that has to mobilize and launch an urgent patch to fix this serious error. Submit a formal complaint to Ubisoft,
as it has an immediate obligation to correct this serious error of AC odyssey.
