    I was trying to get my headset to work after the last update and reset my console and saved my apps games. When it came back on and I tried to enter my microsoft account information and my password, it kept telling me it was incorrect. after resetting
    my password on account.live.com, I got into an account but it kept asking me to enter a gamertag and my previous gamertag would not work as it kept saying it was too many characters. I have an xbox live account and need to get back into it. My gamertage
    is MoneyyMike8036. Please help

    You don't need to reset console or touch Microsoft account if a headset is not working.

    did you try to at least login to your Microsoft account on a browser on PC to see whether you were just entering your password incorrectly on Xbox console or something else was wrong?

    No we only got on microsoft account after the xbox told us to go to account.live.com to get the code

    Try signing in with your email rather than your gamertag.

    When I go into Privacy Settings on my Xbox Live account I get either a 502 error (bad gateway) or it just hangs.
